Need-based scholarships
Need-based scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate financial need. These scholarships are typically awarded to students from low-income families, and students must submit documentation to prove their financial need.
Diversity scholarships
Diversity scholarships are awarded to students from underrepresented groups. These scholarships are designed to increase diversity in the nursing profession, and students from racial and ethnic minorities, as well as students from LGBTQ+ communities, are often eligible for these scholarships.
Other types of scholarships
In addition to the above-mentioned types of scholarships, there are also a number of other scholarships available to nursing students. These scholarships may be awarded based on a variety of factors, such as the student’s field of study, the student’s career goals, or the student’s involvement in extracurricular activities.
