Interview Process
Interview Format
Shortlisted candidates are typically invited for an interview, which may be conducted in person or online. The interview typically lasts for 30-60 minutes and is conducted by a panel of Japanese university professors and officials.
The interview may be conducted in Japanese or English, depending on the candidate’s language proficiency. Candidates are advised to prepare for the interview in both languages.
